Registration
The registration is now closed.
Registration fees
Regular participant – full conference attendance including conference dinner. Applies for all participants with accepted paper.
The fee is 1800 SEK excl. VAT (2250 SEK incl. VAT).
(€ 1 is approx. SEK 12)
The registration fee includes access to the conference, lunch and coffee/tea according to the conference program as well as the social events incl. the conference dinner on Friday 27 October.
IYS membership participant – restricted participation. Not available for participants with accepted paper.
The participation is free of charge. However, no lunches, no coffee/tea breaks, nor conference dinner are included.
Accompanying persons
Cost is 1800 SEK excl. VAT (2250 incl. VAT). Included are all social events as well as the conference dinner on Friday 27 October.
How to register as an accompanying person? When the participant of the conference has submitted her/his registration, a confirmation letter together with the link to the registration form for accompanying persons will be emailed.

Last day for registration for the conference is 6 October at 14:00.
Swedish participants
Swedish participants can choose to pay either by credit card or by invoice.
Invoice to Swedish organizations will be sent as an electronic invoice (e-faktura) if possible.
Participants from outside Sweden
All payments must be made in SEK (Swedish krona).
Payment should be made by credit card or by bank transfer (invoice).
Invoice
When choosing ‘International bank transfer’ in the registration form, you will receive an invoice including bank transfer information (bank account number, IBAN, etc). The invoice is created manually, and will be sent as a pdf attachment by e-mail, usually a few days after registration. The participant/payee is responsible for any bank charges/fees associated with the payment.
Information about payment with credit card
We accept the following credit cards: VISA and Mastercard. For your safety, our payment system is connected to the 3D Secure system for ensuring the security of payments made through the internet. Your card needs to be connected to Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode.
According to Swedish and EU legislation, 25% Swedish VAT will be added to all registration fees.
This according to EU legislation and regulation for conferences and events (C-647/17, EU:C:2019:195, of 13 March 2019 and Article 53 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC of 28 November 2016) VAT is paid in the country where services are rendered, e.g. the country in which the conference takes place.
Exception: No VAT will be added to Swedish participants from governmental public sector organizations (e.g., universities, governmental agencies). In this case, you must choose Invoice (Swedish billing address only) as the payment mode and provide the VAT number of your employer.
Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the conference secretariat at yeatsnobel2023@akademikonferens.se
Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 4 October 2023, up to which date the total amount will be refunded except for a cancellation fee of 500 SEK. We regret that no refunds or reductions of fees will be accepted for cancellations made after 4 October 2023, nor for no-shows for any reasons.
Change of Name
Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Please remember that your colleague has to be a member of the International Yeats Society. Please contact the conference secretariat as soon as possible at yeatsnobel2023@akademikonferens.se
